The Challenge
Our Community Bikes needed to raise $75,000 through their winter fundraising campaign. While their newsletter had been effective in the past, they recognized an opportunity to deepen donor engagement through a more emotionally resonant medium. They wanted to connect supporters directly with the staff and volunteers on the front lines to showcase the real, human impact of their programs.
The Strategy
We developed a video-centered narrative strategy that would bring supporters face-to-face with the people behind Our Community Bikes' mission. By spotlighting personal accounts from staff, volunteers, and community members, we could leverage video's unique power to create emotional connection and drive donor engagement in ways that traditional newsletter formats cannot achieve.
